The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy has a fund to help groups develop canoe access sites in the region. Deadline for applications for grants is November 14, 2016.

There is list that you can click through at that site with locations and photos of the launch and land areas so far developed through this program. It also has some good information on water ratings and routes in this part of the state.

They’re not for every location, and I don’t work for them, but EZ Launch has been receptive in the past to help contribute the local matching funding for grants in a form of significant discounts to their product.
