Funky Smell Dive Boots

Use dive boots for kayaking. They have an awful funky smell after they get wet when I take them off.

How can I get rid of the funk?

Kerosene and a match?

Baking Soda?

HELP!

I use dive boots too. turn them inside out if you can. Its difficult but mine will.

We find woolite works well.
