Hi all, I know not to store my drysuit with latex gaskets near my furnace, but what about neoprene? I have neoprene spraydecks and they hang in my basement near my furnace (~6’ away, but the space is large). Do you think that’ll be a problem? Tia!
Should be fine so long as the are not getting hot from the furnace. We avoided dehumidifiers and electric motors near our wetsuits due to the ozone factor but the sun does more damage overall.

Why are you getting ozone from your furnace? The stuff is not good for your lungs.
It comes from the electric motor that drives the fan. Anything that produces an electric spark generates ozone at some level.
