I’ve been making a couple trips a year down to Florida to visit family. I drive I95, and I notice a lot of rivers as I pass through Georgia. Are any of those rivers suitable for overnight camping trips?

Mostly no
Most of those rivers you pass by off I-95 are merely widened tidal estuaries with only a few miles of paddleable river There are about two exceptions between the Savannah River and the St Mary but a much better option would be the Edisto River in SC about an hour north of Ga Many miles of beautiful blackwater river.
