Worst case?
Cape Anne in July WORST case you could have air temps in the 50's, cloudy and water in the 60's.
It's not likely but it has been known to happen.
If I was planning on leaving my boat on my car at a hotel near the highway I'd want to have a good way to lock it up.

come on…what’s worst about cape anne? that 1 single, solitary road that is the only way down to the city? how about the tourists? why is it tourist season if you can’t shoot em? and why is it that the really old folks in the buicks on 127 and 127a seem to think that 15 is the top end speed limit? sure, in a buggy…but a buick? and parking…oh, yeah, there’s a joy. good luck.
on the other hand…rock and sea, salt air, marsh and shore birds. letting the dog run on the beach in the morning. sunrise.
