Great Customer Service

My kids got me a kayak deck compass for Christmas. It is a Sea Turtle from Sun Company.
I took it out of the box last week to use on Jocassee. It was not functional.
I called the company and explained the problem. The guy I talked to asked a couple of questions and said he would mail a replacement immediately .
I got it today and it works .


Good to know. Mine is working on the deck of my Progression. Will likely order one for the Stratos soon.
