Yep. I was up early & out on 4th of July on Maryland’s Upper Patuxent River. Extremely calm & quiet morning.

I led a club trip on on the Providence River in through the City of Providence, RI.

Appropriate since one of the first insurrections of the Revolutionary War – the Gaspee Affair – took place on the Providence River in 1772. Providence was also the first colony to declare independence on May 4, 1776.
