Help Identify Buckle...

Can anybody help me identify the plastic buckle in the following picture?

It’s attached to a hydration pack I bought and I’m trying to find a place to buy the male ends so I can attach them to my boat. Then all I would have to do is clip the pack to my back deck. The guy at the store where I bought it said he thought it was made to clip onto a sit on top seat back. So far, I’ve been unable to identify it.

Looks like the Tona Clip

Meat, I think you are right. It appears to be the tona clip. I’ll look into ordering some from Seattle Fabric.
