Thanks for all the feedback guys. From my searches I believe it is a euro kayak/lettman kayak Mosquito or RapidFire.
Yes, it looks like a rotomolded or blow molded PE boat and those required expensive molding machinery so they could not be one-offs. I am pretty familiar with just about every PE kayak made by US manufacturers in the late 1980s and throughout the 1990s and I know it is not any of them.
I think it has to be European.
