Check with Florida Bay Outfitters
on Key Largo.

They should carry the gray high density foam in all shapes and sizes.

Pretty much any shop can get Minicel
Major kayak suppliers like Harmony sell it.

some lifejackets
some lifejackets have usable foam, tan in color and similar to minicell in its consistancy and characteristics.
