Sweet!

Beautiful.

That is escaping! I’d love to sit there and listen.

You would hear nothing but the birds.

Here is our recent site (Italian Alps, off-road)

My husband finally got me in a tent :tent:

A great site, all alone is pure luxury

The campsites on the Green are all just spectacular! And most invite hikes of the nearby surroundings. That is an otherworldly trip. Every American paddler should do that trip. Here’s one that I suspect was very near your site - those rock formations on the left look very familiar. Just upstream from Mineral Bottoms?

Here’s a couple from near Hey Joe Canyon:

There were little spaces in the tamerisk just large enough for a tent and camp chair with paths connecting the spaces - and a central place for a fire pan campfire. It was along the old road (now cut off after being buried by a landslide at one point) that led to the abandoned uranium mine. DuluthMoose and PuffinGin celebrated their 37th (if memory serves) wedding anniversary here.
Magical place. These have to be among the best campsites in the country.
This wasn’t bad either - Onion Creek near Moab:

Andy - I know you must have brought back some spectacular photos. Please share.
