I can’t help thinking it’s showing way too small of a window- you can’t see the whole operation. Plus he’s standing in front of it while attaching the cable. I want to see what it’s all hooked to, the winch, everything, and I want him to stand on the other side.
Otherwise, I’d say you do what you have to do to get on the water, and good for him! Just hope he never loses his grip on the boat as he’s lowering it, and it either swings back against the building or slips off the side of the car.
I’m also very glad I don’t live in an apartment!
