Needs more attention to one versus
more layers of patch, to fiber orientation (bias cutting), to ovaling the patch corners, and to patch material. Even my slalom boat is not carbon on the outside, but S-glass, so I would not use carbon. The resin ratio depends on the manufacturer, and 4:1 would not suit with West, where 5:1, 3:1, and 1:1 are specified for different resins and mixes.
