I will hopefully soon be making a choice between these two inflatables.
Does anyone have any information on how they compare? I do not live within range of a dealer.
Primary purpose is for easy in-car packability for travel. Possibly for air travel.
We would be using these for smaller lakes and easier rivers, but also for paddling Lake Michigan, but not in heavy surf.
How well do they work as tandems, really?
Also has anyone ever ordered directly from Innova?

Solar
The Solar is a solo IK, while the Solar II is the tandem version.
You might consider the Sunny (same manufacturer) which can be converted from tandem to solo, so it is more flexible than the Solar II.
