Is there a problem with the app?

For the past week or so, clicking on the red dots tells me that there is no information available, and this is on locations where I know that information has been available. I uninstalled/reinstalled - same problem. I sent an issue report to the owners - no response.

Is this app now moribund?

The paddling locations map is working for me, both on my Windows 10 tablet and Android 12 phone. Sorry I can’t offer a solution, though I will say that “moribund” is a terrific and way under-used word!

The Go Paddle app? I’ve had that same issue since I downloaded it. Frustrating enough that I just uninstalled it.

Same issue. Its crazy. Worked great at 1st. Useless now for the most part.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve sent their support team an email but they haven’t responded and it’s been about a week. I really have loved using this app and I don’t know what’s going on.

EXACTLY same issue… won’t even log me in

This is still an issue. Is there any path to resolution? I can’t see using the app without being able to save.

New to the site and app.
I can get into the site just fine, but the app is giving me “There was an error in the server”

Any advise, or just ditch the app?

Apparently the app hasn’t worked in awhile…
Lost of comments on the the app store page but it appears management has left the chat regarding the app…
