Anyone ever heard of this brand?

I have a neighbor that has one in yard and looks to be about 14’.

I’ve never heard of these.

dont think that is a brand.
As listed it is a perception model.

The boathad no indication it was a perception. It. only had the name Jacassee on it, so the info was much appreciated.
