Hope someone can make a suggestion as I wish to take up kayaking. I am a 100% disabled veteran with spinal injuries which limits my physical abilities and endurance. I have looked at different kayak models and talk to some dealers but to date haven’t felt I’ve found the right kayak. If anyone know a resource or someone that faces the same disabilities please respond.
Another important point I would like to find used or inexpensive kajak as I am on a fixed income.

Ask about kayaking programs in your area. We have a kayaking program around here and I know it is not unique.
Heroes on the Water

I spoke with them a bit at Paddlesport this year and their focus is to get disabled vets out on the water on kayaking fishing trips.
