Not Kayak Camping but
Bucks County rents out some cabins on Tohikon Creek. It’s an excellent whitewater run when there is a release but just a nice fishing stream otherwise, but it flows into the delaware where there are very nice stretches for put ins and paddles. I moved away long ago but my family really enjoyed our stays there.
Check out
Lake Nockamixon - nice spot with good paddling and some camping / cabin options. Not sure exactly how far it is.
