Advice on 1 to 3 day trip. Northeast Pennsylvania . Primitive camping . Pond , river or lake. Just trying to find kayak camping area in northeastern pa Most likely just overnight trip

Big Pine Creek
probably spring only to get the right water levels.

Susquehanna has many options.

Down on the eastern shore the pokomoke river and it’s tributaries offer several day trip options that all can end at Shad Landing SP ($4.50/night camping) all flatwater , so easy to paddle upstream or use a bike for a paddle/pedal shuttle. check Gertler

southeast Pa
Conestoga river is a 60 mile water trail in Lancaster county

Round Valley
Consider Round Valley Reservoir, just over the border in NJ. It’s a state campground with designated primitive campsites that are hike in or boat in only.

While not exactly wilderness, the sites are spaced far enough apart that you get a semi wilderness feel.
