Do many use a kayak paddle in a canoe? I tried it and the paddle was long enough and I kind of liked it. I assume that this maybe a no-no in certain circles or cults. Just wondering…

When solo canoes became commercially popular in the mid 1800s, they were all paddled by people sitting on the bottom, using a double bladed stick.
Arguably, single blade solo is the hardest game on the water, double blade solo the easiest.
