Just got home from a wonderful paddle around Portland tonight after work. I love my Werner Cyprus. I kept a solid 5mph most of the evening no problem - never even felt like I was working. Others I was with were commenting how sore they were (same kayak) but I felt like I could go another 10 miles no problem. The bouyancy is great for bracing. I got a little messed up surfing some swells, but the paddle gives a nice extra push when doing corrective braces.
Downside is it will flutter a bit if I’m not concentrating on the stroke. I hear/read the Onno doesn’t flutter at all. Anyway I love it.
