I saw a flip down high back seat in a new Old Town kayak. Went to a dealer and he said I couldn’t buy a seat. Any idea where I can get one or a similar one? I’m getting older and need better lumbar support. Thank you.
Try factory
If you really want one try going directly to the factory. Maybe you will have better luck.
You don’t want that seat
The first time you try to do a re-entry with one, you’ll understand why. Also, high backed seats will chafe if your using proper torso rotation as you paddle. There’s a reason why the better kayaks come with low backbands.
