How were they recovered and did they catch the people responsible?

My neighbor supplied me with video of the vehicle traveling down our road ( I live on a dead end road) and leaving with my kayaks loaded. I then turned the video/photos in to law enforcement. They received a tip on the location of the vehicle and retrieved my kayaks. Earlier this evening I spoke to the officer and warrants were underway.
