Yup… The woman who was killed by a shark ( seemed she died on shore) was a swimmer and was brought to shore by kayakers.

The girl could not swim, was allowed into the water in anything by her mother and w/o a pfd to boot.
I hope someone gave the mother, who l suspect also could not swim since she never went in, a hell of a talking to.
