keep your car seats dry

percussive maintanence?
Love that one, in 20 yrs of turning wrenches I never heard that one before.

Is that like

Don’t force it, use a bigger hammer?

Kaps

Zactly … who’s gonna admit, tell or
even drain out if they overfill ?

Your same dry off towel tossed on the seat usually works pretty good 'till you get home.

Depends on seat / car age too … A blown out old style foam seat will be wet forever while a modern seat seems to dissapate muosture pretty well over night.

problem with most of these
is that my paddles are early morning before changing into more formal clothes for work so the seats have to be kept dry.

Plastic covers=nasty
Too slippery.

I finally surrendered (had used towels and other cloth barriers for years) and bought Wet Okole seat covers. They feel nice, look great, are waterproof, and they stay put on the seats.

W.O. covers are expensive, but since I change my own oils (engine, differentials, transmission, transfer case), on balance I’m still ahead in cost.
