Kevlar vs E-glass/Kevlar canoe layup

Does anyone know the pros and cons between S-glass/Kevlar, E-Glass/Kevlar, and straight Kevlar layups? I’m looking for a mostly flatwater all around use canoe, other then weight and price what are the differences? From what I’ve found I can get the same boat in S-Glass/kevlar for $1900 @ 56ls, E-Glass for $2500 @ 48lbs, and kevlar for $2700 @ 40lbs. I want to keep the boat under 50lbs so the question is really between the last 2 layups.
