What is the difference really between Royalex & kevlar???

The biggest difference…
when you are talking about canoes and kayaks is:


  1. As stated above- the Kevlar is more expensive
  2. The kevlar is lighter
  3. the kevlar is more delicate than the roylex



    I have a kevlar canoe and I have a royalax canoe.



    I will not use my kevlar one where I will be bouncing of rocks and boulders on a Class II-III river, but I will use the roylex one there.
