KM, there was a story in the local paper

about blueberry picking and a demolition derby in Maine.
What a combination!

mudding is a pasttime I will never understand.
must be Unity where they do both

I drove in a demolition derby once (on a bet). Was the only gal driver. Was jarring fun.

I think I could “get into” doing a demolition derby, as a driver.
But only if I had a sponsor who provided the vehicle, and paid all associated expenses.
Otherwise, I see it as generally a waste of time & money.

BOB

Blueberry Picking and Demolition Derby?
Round here that’s spotting police radar traps where the road is quite curvy,
on the Capitol Beltway an early Friday afternoon,
before federal holiday Mondays that coincide with full moon.

I think it would be priceless to take out a few cars and drivers and not get a ticket…
Sort of payback for the times I’ve been taken out on the highway…

A road bike buddy of mine competes in beer runs. You run so far and chug a beer. Over and over. He wins every time. I have no desire to try it.

Demolition derbies is a fun way to get rid of old equipment.

Is he 15 or is that just his mental age.

Hey String, 50 actual years. I don’t get it.

KM, now I see that aggressive Canadian green crabs are moving south. There is concern that they will displace gentle US green crabs in Maine.

I know a lot of beer drinkers, but none chug past 30 and most haven’t run anywhere in decades.
