Just wanted to close this out, I received my Hydrus semi-dry suit and I’m very happy with the fit of the XL. Even my wife approves. Thanks again for all the helpful input.

You will see the difference ducking thru the zipper opening. The large would not be as user friendly for you. {I have both a large and x large} I’m a little heavier than you {205} and slightly shorter 5 11. Ducking into the x large is easier.
