Took a drive down to the beaches with my wife tonight. Beach access was free which is not normal for this time of year. It always amazes me how The Lake can be such a different color every day. Dark blue, light blue, dark green, light green, every combination of green and blue. This evening everything seemed white.

Taking all her color in
Sunny’s tabled gleaming light,
a silver slide one last refute
that hues must shade in night.
Man, that’s one calm Lady Michi. Of course, as I recall from several painful attempts in post sunset Assateague/Sinepuxent Bay extractions, never give creedence to, “the winds always die down at night” expressions.
