Going to be doing a pool session next week for rafting training. Its an unheated outdoor pool, and the air temp will probably be in a high 40s or so.
i have a dry suit but was worried about the pool water affecting the seals on my suit.
the one opinion i got was that it was fine assuming i was able to rinse it pretty well, but i wanted some more. otherwise will just wear a wetsuit
Should be OK with rinse
We had an indoor pool last year that a few of us were doing demos in and had very cold water for the first two days because it was filled from fresh water outside. Dry suits were fine - just rinse it and throw some 303 on the gaskets right after.
