As it’s a bit breezy and cool, I won’t be doing my ‘long’ weekend paddle on the ocean this weekend, so I’ll stick to the St Johns (my ‘daily’ paddle location).
So, being close to downtown Jacksonville, the city lights will mask a majority of the meteor shower, but I’m sure a few of the brighter ones will show through, Ill be looking for them during my paddle.

Thanks. Grandaughter missed the last one because nobody was around to sit up with her. She did go outside on her deck, but heard something under the deck and wrnt back in the house. I’ll make it a point to go and sit with her.
