Hello! I acquired this lovely vintage-ish touring paddle with my new QCC 400XL. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what model it is, and if it was made in Oregon or once it was sold to Robson in Germany.

Offshore was my best wild guess based on the model names on this site, but I wish I could find a picture of one to confirm.
