Paddling invite: I am paddling the Erie Canal this Saturday, July 22nd and will be locking through first westbound then eastbound in Lockport, New York. We will be launching at Widewaters Marina in Lockport and paddling down through and then back to our launch point. All told it looks to be 6ish miles. If you are interested in joining us, we are planning on being on the water by 10am or so.
Come explore if you’re local or want to paddle through a few locks and go up and down about 50 feet without leaving your boat!
