I m looking for metal sheet canoe plans, riveted or welded.

To build it and fish with it .

Should be able to support 2 persons in unknown rivers (rock bed) and dams (old tree trunks below water surface).

If you mean aluminum, you can find
used aluminum canoes for less than your material costs.

These are S&G but you should be able to convert to metal. Plans call for wooden panels.

wood to metal tranlation: not good
wooden stitch and glue boats do not translate well to steel or aluminum as they do not have the same properties.
