I’m looking for a place to store my 14.5’ kayak in/near Los Angeles. Any ideas for afforable options?
The waitlist for LA County’s Marina del Rey racks is very long (I think I’m #200-something), there’s a 9-12 mo. estimated wait time for the racks in Long Beach, and as far as I know, the racks in Ventura/Oxnard are closed for construction. I also called around to some marinas with no luck, and any self-storage options I’ve seen are way too expensive since the boat is 14 ft+.
