I borrowed a Aqua Marine SPK-3 paddle board and while I was in possession of it the inflation cap fell off and sunk. I have looked for a replacement and can not find anything. Does anyone know of anywhere I can turn?

Do you mean Aqua MarinA SUP’s? Easier to search for stuff with the right spelling. The brand is sold by Walmart so they might have replacement kits. Here’s a kit from another brand with a whole replacement valve that may or may not fit (or you could replace the whole thing).
Just grab a cap off the demo next time you’re sauntering through Wally World… or not.
