Three of us are getting set to kayak the length of the Manistee river from Deward to Lake Michigan. Anybody done this trip before. we are planning on 7 days.

what a great trip. this was the longest that we have done. started at 612 bridge west of Frederic and went to Lake Michigan. It took us one day longer than we planned, 8 hours a day for 8 days on the water. I am putting a trip report together, and will post soon
