I am still new to kayaking and now a friend wants me to fish with him… I have a Manitou 13 and wondering if anyone has one of these rigged for fishing? What do I need to buy to outfit it (rod holder ect.?)
I don’t want to go crazy just need some pointers so it will not be a total disaster.

It depends on how serious you are and what size fish you’re after. I’ve happily fished for small stuff using light tackle out of my 22" wide sea kayak. You do have to pay attention to which direction the pull is coming from, and be comfortable edging your boat. Being able to scull with one hand can also be useful.
