What’s this place like in September? How windy is it normally? We’re looking at a trip the 2nd week of September, but I’m concerned about motor boat traffic, wind, crowds, noise, and other stuff you get in small parks close to roads. Any first hand experience is appreciated. Is it worthwhile tripping through this park, or is it strictly a base camping situation?
