This is not a complaint. It had served well for a long time. The hinges fell apart. I think UV May have weakened them.
I looked into their" guaranteed for life". By the time I was finished reading, I just bought another.
Between packing, shipping, and wait time it made more sense to order one from Amazon. Had it in 2 days.
My little ones did the same thing. I had the large suitcase sizes that I shipped equipment in all over the world with no problems except customs in some countries.
The little ones have clear shells, whose material feels different from the opaque colored boxes and lids of the bigger ones.
If my little ones break, I too would just buy new ones. The small ones don’t cost much.
