Pnet posters have always been really helpful in the past, helping me decide on boats, trips, and techniques. So I’m back with another query.
Another couple and my wife and I are planning on a camping trip the Saturday and Sunday after Thanksgiving. This will be overnight only. We live in Greenville and were considering the Roanoke and Cashie rivers. We want to get up, drive a couple hours max, put in, paddle around, camp, get up and paddle around some more, and come home by evening. One couple will be in a canoe, the other in two 14’ kayaks, and we’ll be alternating boats. Where should we go, specifically?
