A lot of the NOAA buoys have gone silent. No longer offering hourly data. I suspect another collateral impact of the shutdown.
Relying on visible observations from private cams for surf info.

Thanks for the update Sing. I didn’t have time yesterday to follow anything up, had to run out. Fishermen, especially the smaller boats like for lobstering, absolutely need full buoy information. It is pretty scary that anyone could forget that.
