I need information on a Sawyer tandem canoe that the seller says is a 16’ Oscoda. I can not find any information on a model by that name. Any information will be appreciated.

The link that Kayamedic sent is your best source, but a short version of the answer is this: Oscoda wasn’t a Sawyer model, it was a actual brand unto itself. It was Sawyer’s attempt at “value pricing” (a cheaper brand that wouldn’t tarnish the mothership and could be sold through different channels.) There were actually a couple of really nice Oscoda models (I was always partial to the 13’ solo), but the line eventually went the way of most (but not quite all) of the Sawyers, pretty much gone but not forgotten.
