Need to replace a kayak handle

My previous cloth bow handle ripped and am looking to get a replacement. Must be heavy duty as I do a lot of small streams with log jams and frequently use rope to drag the kayak around (which really stresses the handle). Ideally the handle will not be those elastic ones as they don’t work as well with front/rear tie-downs on the car.



The handle I think was fairly standard in that there were large screws/washers that sealed the handle in place and I think I can reuse those. Kayak is a patriot 126 if it matters:
