Will be coming down to Myrtle Beach between oct 13th to 20th.We are staying at the KOA campground .We will have a kayak trailer on our RV but no way to tow it to any spots. No rental cars are available to tow it.Is there anyone in that area who could get us to a spot to paddle & back ? We are in our 60’s looking for a flat water or lazy river experience .We could pay for the ride or buy your lunch whatever works for you.
Is there a U-Haul truck rental nearby?
Some of them have pickup trucks to rent. All you need is one with a trailer hitch, assuming your trailer uses a 2" ball. Make sure the electrical connection uses the same plug configuration also. If not, there are inexpensive adaptors you can buy. I put a 7-to-4-flat adaptor to pull my kayak trailer.
we checked w/car rentals
We checked with all the major places & they said we can’t tow with their vehicles. We were thinking of trying to get a car with roof racks & just put foam pads on it.Are there any outfitters out there who are into transportation.
