Has anyone kayaked recently on the potter dam lake near darley Dale? We have an inflatable kayak and in the area and seen on the go paddle app someone marked they have been on it. Any advice re parking or access? Thanks
You’ll probably have better luck getting info on this at the Song of the Paddle (SOTP) forums. Not a lot of UK paddlers on paddling.com. But before I flew from the US to Yorkshire a few years ago with my folding kayak I posted questions on SOTP and immediately got several responses from Britain-based paddlers that greatly helped. Even ended up meeting a bunch of them and paddling with them several times.
