Last (and only) time I did a sledding hill entry into the water, the nose plowed under and I got a lapful of ice-water. Sure went fast though.

Well PD your post looked pretty nasty a few days ago but now looks pretty good given the Polar Vortex that has just arrived. Our projected high on Valentine’s Day is 5 F. I’m glad I got out a couple of days ago, might be my only February paddle.
