NOAA raster charts on GPS?

Has anyone loaded the NOAA raster navigational charts to their GPS. I have a new Garmin eTrex 20 and would like to add the NOAA charts to my maps. I have the PDF files of the booklet charts that NOAA put out, and I understand that they can be converted to JPG files and loaded to the GPS. Has anyone done this.
