I want to replace the back band on my Aquanaut. I could not find any reviews on the NSI back band although I have read references to it in some prior posts.
Do any of you use it? If so, what are your thoughts?

get the lower profile version. the “touring” model is way too high.
the lumbar support feature gets a huge thumbs up too.

I put the adjustable lumbar whitewater model in my Caribou and loved it. However when I switched it to any other boat I hated it, don’t know why. I never had to adjust the lumbar so that was just so much wasted hardware.
When installing the plastic supports I had to drill holes in the back edge of the seat. This kept the backband very rigged, maybe too ridged as it was difficult to get items out from behind it.
It is a quality product if it works for you…

BTW is yours the same as the one that comes with the new Nord LV? That one felt great when I demoed the boat…
